Greg Hannley, CEO/Founder
Greg Hannley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Soba Recovery Center. His vision is to provide a safe, sober environment for those suffering from the disease of addiction, which emphasizes specialized aftercare for long term success. Greg leads the Company daily through his hands-on approach and dedication to provide a tailored recovery plan for each of our clients. He is a proven successful entrepreneur in many industries and has developed a series of treatment centers in four states that focus on the model of an affordable full-service treatment facility.
Participants of Soba Recovery Center can live and recover with the serenity of the ocean and amazing sunsets of Malibu while simultaneously overcoming their addiction. Greg has been featured as a recovery expert on many broadcasts including; Larry King Live, Fox and NBC as well as abc’s 20/20. He has a passion for spreading the message of recovery and hopes to change the way America treats drug and alcohol addiction within his lifetime.
Jenn O’Hara, CFO
Jennifer O’Hara serves as CFO for Soba Recovery Center and helps to manage the series of Soba Treatment Centers. She has been with Soba in multiple capacities of their treatment environment over the last 6 years. Jennifer holds a vast array of technical skills which have been acquired from working a decade in public accounting as well as growing with Soba from the beginning stages of the Company. Her goal with Soba is to create a program that benefits each client individually with their addictions, while enhancing the community as a whole. Helping addicts recover their lives continues to be her passion since she began working in treatment. Jennifer’s education includes a bachelors from the University of Southern California in Accounting, and she currently is a CPA. She is happily married with two beautiful daughters.
Audrey Graham, Controller
Audrey Graham graduated from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has over ten years of experience, the majority of which was gained through working for Deloitte & Touche LLP in Assurance Services. Audrey has worked in an array of industries encompassing small private businesses to billion dollar international public corporations. Audrey joined Soba Recovery Center in order to be part of a Company that is dedicated to impacting the lives of their clients. She oversees the administrative functions within the Company such as accounting/finance, human resources and payroll.
Lena Christensen, Program Supervisor
Lena is responsible for oversight of ongoing programming needs and implementation of internal auditing systems, through the supervision and guidance of the clinical administrative team. She has been working as an administrator in the substance abuse field for over 3 years, assisting in the assurance of program needs, ensuring that the best quality of care is provided to clients. Her unique skills developed over time, beginning in the Real Estate industry, where she assisted in identifying and developing projects throughout California. While pursuing a degree in International Studies/Spanish at Seattle Pacific University, Lena developed invaluable skills, including detailed organization, creative problem solving, cross-cultural competency and communications, as well as knowledge of other cultures and languages. Her true purpose in life, however, stems from her own recovery and helping others find their own unique path to a fulfilled life free from alcohol and drugs.
Doug Minder, Clinical Coordinator
Doug Minder began working for Soba Recovery Center after completing fifteen months of treatment at Soba. Doug determined that he enjoyed and was valuable at the administrative side of the recovery industry.
Throughout the years, Doug has worn many hats while being employed at Soba, including assisting in medical, clinical, billing and operational administration, as well as using his talents for community outreach. Doug possesses organizational, and communication skills that are utilized to help strengthen the Company through finding solutions.
